HABEN represents The Eritrean War Disabled Fighters Association, a self-help non-governmental Organization (NGO). Its objective is to foster and create opportunities for self-reliance and to help the visually and physically impaired Eritrean War Veterans, to bridge the gap from possible social dependence to effective and productive participation in all htmlects of daily life in their society.
